Support Offering
As a customer of Leadfusion, support is part of your license. Support includes both live telephone and email support Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm PST (excluding holidays). Support may be used for both technical and operational issues and for questions. Support is also available for information and consultation on how to best leverage Leadfusion functionality to achieve your business goals.
Implementation and Training Services
As a new customer, Leadfusion's Client Services team works closely with you to configure and implement your Leadfusion products for use in your business. Our implementation services are tailored for each customer and their specific goals, thus ensuring that you are best able to optimize your online marketing strategy through the use of Leadfusion's products. Implementation services include design and implementation planning, product configuration, best practice advice, and onsite or remote training customized to your business objectives.
Premium Service Level Agreements
Premium service level agreements are available for customers seeking an added level of guaranteed availability.
